摘要
目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-11(MMP-11)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月至2021年12月郑州大学第五附属医院初诊未治的73例结直肠癌患者(观察组)和50例结直肠良性病变患者(对照组),取清晨空腹静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验和化学发光法分别检测并比较2组患者血清MMP-11、Ang-2水平。结果观察组患者血清MMP-11、Ang-2水平分别为(42.13±6.37)μg/L、(160.55±16.98)ng/L,显著高于对照组的(2.82±0.67)μg/L、(45.83±10.28)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=52.340,P<0.001;t=46.585,P<0.001)。结论结直肠癌患者血清MMP-11、Ang-2水平存在明显异常升高,两者可能参与了结直肠癌的疾病进展,具有潜在诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the value of serum matrix metalloproteinase-11(MMP-11)and angiopoietin-2(Ang-2)in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods 73 patients with colorectal cancer(the observation group)and 50 patients with benign colorectal lesions(the control group)who were initially diagnosed and untreated from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Fasting venous blood in the morning was taken,and the levels of MMP-11 and Ang-2 in the serum of the two groups were detected and compared by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and chemiluminescence.Results The serum levels of MMP-11 and Ang-2 in the observation group were(42.13±6.37)μL and(160.55±16.98)ng/L,and were(2.82±0.67)μL and(45.83±10.28)ng/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=52.340,P<0.001;t=46.585,P<0.001).Conclusion The serum levels of MMP-11 and Ang-2 in the patients with colorectal cancer are significantly abnormal,which may be involved in the progression of colorectal cancer,and have the potential diagnostic value.
