摘要
针对传统PI控制方法在对永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor, PMSM)矢量控制时,由于PI参数固定,导致系统对多变工作情况的适应性较差,易出现控制精度不高,稳定性欠佳等情况。提出在传统PI控制的基础上增加模糊控制器,经过对PI参数的在线整定,使电机的控制精度以及稳定性等性能指标均得到明显的提升。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建整体PMSM矢量控制系统,对比分析在不同工作情况下传统PI控制和增加模糊控制模块后的转速,转矩波形图。实验结果证明,模糊PI控制下转速输出超调量比传统PI控制分别减少了83%和100%,调节时间分别减少了17%和20.55%,输出转矩振荡明显减少,稳定性提升。由此验证了模糊PI控制的良好效果,满足了永磁同步电机高精度,快速响应以及输出稳定的工作要求。
For the traditional PI control method in the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),due to the fixed PI parameters,the adaptability of the system to changeable working conditions is poor,and it is easy to have low control accuracy and poor stability.It is proposed to add a fuzzy controller on the basis of traditional PI control.Through the on-line tuning of PI parameters,the control accuracy and stability of the motor are significantly improved.Build the overall PMSM vector control system in MATLAB/Simulink,and compare and analyze the speed and torque waveforms of traditional PI control and fuzzy control module under different working conditions.The experimental results show that the speed output overshoot under fuzzy PI control is reduced by 83%and 100%respectively compared with the traditional PI control,the adjustment time is reduced by 17%and 20.55%respectively,the output torque oscillation is significantly reduced and the stability is improved.Thus,the good effect of fuzzy PI control is verified,and the working requirements of high precision,fast response and stable output of permanent magnet synchronous motor are satisfied.
