坚果与籽类食品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的检测 被引量:2

Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Nut and Seed Foods

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)建立坚果与籽类食品中黄曲霉毒素B的检测方法。样品经均质后,采用甲醇进行微波提取,通过Acquity BEH C_(18)色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7μm)分离,在正离子扫描条件下,反应离子监测进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B在0.25~10 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 4,回收率为88.0%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~4.1%,检出限为0.1μg/kg。试验建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测坚果与籽类食品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1),前处理过程简单、快速,成本低廉,且检测结果准确可靠,适用于坚果与籽类食品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的快速筛查与测定。 An ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of aflatoxin Bin nut and seed foods was established. Homogenized samples were extracted with methanol by microwave extraction technology,and then Acquity BEH Ccolumn(50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) was used for separation and multi reaction monitoring mode was selected for determination. The results showed that the aflatoxin Bwas quantified by external standard method. The results indicated that the linear range of aflatoxin B1 was 0.25-10 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 4;The relative standard deviation was between 1.3% and 4.1%, and the detection limit of aflatoxin Bwas 0.1 μg/kg, with the recovery of 88.0%-101.2%. A fast and simple method was funded, and it was suitable for rapid screening and determination of aflatoxin B1 in nut and seed foods.
