摘要
多年来,人大附中航天城学校(以下简称“人航”)致力于推广学生跳绳,让学生养成良好的锻炼习惯,为培养学生体育素养奠定良好的基础。人航“绳采飞扬”花样跳绳社团是学生丰富校园生活、培养兴趣爱好、丰富内心世界的重要形式。成立以来,花样跳绳社团不断加强梯队建设和文化建设,落实立德树人根本任务;坚持分层教学,注重凝练文化,强调家校合作。社团队员在“跳绳之家”中形成了乐于学、乐于跳、乐于创新的良好氛围,成立四年的花样跳绳社团已成为学校课余文化活动中一道亮丽的风景。
Over the years, the Aerospace City School of RDFZ has been committed to promoting rope skipping among students, hoping to develop their good exercise habits, and laying a firm foundation for cultivating their lifelong sports literacy. The "little sparkling skippers" rope skipping club of the school is an important form for students to enrich campus life, cultivate interests and hobbies, and enrich their inner world. Since its establishment, it has continuously strengthened the construction of echelons and culture,and implemented the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, adhered to layered teaching, paid attention to concise culture, and emphasized home-school cooperation. The members of the community have formed a good atmosphere of learning, jumping and innovation in the "rope skipping home". The four-year-old rope skipping community has become a beautiful scene in the school’s afterschool cultural activities.
