摘要
基于西北某煤制甲醇企业生产实践,介绍了泄漏的表现形式、泄漏对安全生产的影响和危害,从国内外化工企业泄漏管理现状、泄漏风险辨识评估和管控、泄漏风险隐患排查治理、逸散性泄漏检测与维修、源设备泄漏检测与维修、工艺管理、仪表安全管理、建立健全泄漏管理制度、泄漏管理培训和应急处置等方面对煤化工企业泄漏的管理与控制进行了综述,并针对当前煤化工企业的泄漏管理现状,提出了改进意见和建议。
Based on the production practice of a coal-to-methanol enterprise in northwest China,the form of leakage and its influence and harm on production safety were introduced.The overview of leakage management and control in coal chemical enterprises was made from the aspects of current situation of domestic and foreign leakage management in coal chemical enterprises,the identification and control of leakage risk,the investigation and management of potential leakage hazards,the detection and maintenance of equipment leakage,the leakage management of source device,process management,instrument safety management,the establishment of a sound leakage management system,the leakage management training and emergency handling,etc.Aiming at the current situation of leakage management in coal chemical enterprises,suggestions for improvement were put forward.
