摘要 科研绩效评价体系是包含评价主体、评价客体、评价目的、评价标准、评价方法、评价制度六种要素的有机整体;科研团队绩效是由潜在绩效、行为绩效、结果绩效与个体绩效、团队绩效、组织绩效,这“三横三纵”绩效内容所组合构成的系统过程;高职科研是高职院校之人才培养、社会服务功能的重要支撑,应适配并体现高职教育之应用性、职业性、高等性、区域性的类型特征;高职院校科研团队绩效评价体系的构设,应多方面考量、有效地融合科研绩效评价体系的构成要素、科研团队绩效的内涵和评价导向、高职院校科研的类型特色和诉求。 Performance evaluation system of scientific research is an organic whole which includes six elements, such as evaluation subject, evaluation object, evaluation aim, evaluation standard, evaluation method and evaluation system. Research team performance is a systematic process of "three horizontal and three vertical" which consists of performance content, ehavior performance, result performance and individual performance, team performance and organizational performance. Higher vocational scientific research is an important support for the talent training and social service functions of higher vocational colleges, which should adapt to and reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education, such as applicability, professionalism, advancement and regionality;the construction of the performance evaluation system of scientific research team in higher vocational colleges should consider and effectively integrate the constituent elements of the scientific research performance evaluation system, the connotation and evaluation orientation of scientific research team performance, and the type, characteristics and demands of scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
