优质节水抗旱稻‘沪旱1517’的选育与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了选育高整精米率的优质节水抗旱稻新品种,以节水抗旱稻‘沪旱1509’为母本,以优质水稻品种‘粤禾丝苗’为父本进行杂交,在分离世代通过严格的抗旱性、米质等性状筛选,成功培育出聚合了节水抗旱、优质高产的新品种‘沪旱1517’。该品种抗旱性级别为3级,米质达到部颁优二级,尤其是整精米率达到70.8%,商品性好,具有良好的应用推广前景。‘沪旱1517’不仅可作常规稻栽培,而且可作为“三系”和“两系”杂交稻的恢复系,以‘沪旱1517’作为恢复系配组,已培育出多个衍生品种。该品种的成功选育可为优质节水抗旱稻新品种的选育与应用提供种质基础。 In order to breed a new high-quality water-saving and drought-resistance rice(WDR)variety with high head milled rice rate,the WDR‘Huhan 1509’was used as the female parent,and the high-quality rice variety‘Yuehesimiao’was used as the male parent for hybridization.Through strict screening of drought resistance and rice quality in the separation generation,a new variety‘Huhan 1517’with water-saving and drought-resistance,high quality and high yield was successfully bred.The drought resistance level of the variety is grade 3,and the rice quality reaches the second grade of ministerial standard,especially the head milled rice rate reaches 70.8%,with good merchantability,so it has a good application and promotion prospect.‘Huhan 1517’can not only be used for conventional rice cultivation,but also as a restorer line for“three-line”and“two-line”hybrid rice.With‘Huhan 1517’as a restorer line combination,many derived varieties have been cultivated.The successful breeding of this variety can provide germplasm basis for the breeding and application of new varieties of high-quality WDR.
