摘要
混凝土罐车在运输过程中,通常需进行混凝土罐车的清洗。基于混凝土罐车清洗过程中的难点问题,进行技术创新,提出了一种混凝土罐车清洗系统,该系统包括:浆水回收体系、弹性填缝体、汽车冲洗体系、道面压板、混凝土罐车清洗体系等。分析表明,研究系统不但可以提高罐车清洗系统的布设效率,而且可以减少浆水污染;从施工工艺看,研究结构现场实用性强、施工质量优越。
Concrete tank truck in the process of transportation,usually need to carry out the concrete tank truck cleaning problem.Based on the difficult problems in the cleaning process of concrete tank truck,this paper carries out technical innovation.We propose a concrete tank truck cleaning system.The system includes slurry water recovery system,elastic joint filling body,automobile washing system,pavement pressing plate,concrete tank car cleaning system,etc.The analysis shows that the research system can not only improve the layout efficiency of tank truck cleaning system,but also reduce the slurry water pollution.From the point of view of construction technology,the research structure site practicability is strong,construction quality is superior.
