摘要
金季玲教授认为月经之本在肾,子宫腺肌病关键病机在于肾阳虚衰、痰瘀互结,为本虚标实证,治疗以温阳活血、佐以祛痰为原则,结合中药周期疗法,行经期标本兼治,活血化瘀,理气止痛;经后期及排卵期重在治标,活血消癥,佐以祛痰;经前期温肾助阳,重在治本。分别选用自拟痛经1号方、异位灵、痛经2号方为主方,加减用药,取得一定疗效,值得临床学习与借鉴。
For adenomyosis,professor JIN believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency of kidney Yang and the combination of phlegm and blood stasis,which means virtual reality.The treatment is based on the principle of warming Yang and activating blood circulation,accompanied by removing phlegm.According to traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy,during the menstrual period,the purpose of treatment is to promote blood circulation and relieve pain.During the post menstrual period,the purpose of treatment is to activate blood circulation to dissipate lump and eliminate phlegm.During the premenstrual period,the purpose of treatment is to nourish kidney Yang.Self-drafted No.1 prescription for dysmenorrhea,a prescription that works for endometriosis,and No.2 dysmenorrhea are selected as the main prescription,by adding or subtracting medicine achieve good results.It is worth to learn and refer in clinical practice.
