摘要
目的 研究电刺激联合生物反馈治疗在产妇产后盆底康复的应用效果。方法 选取2020年4—7月本院收治的80例盆底功能障碍性疾病产妇作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组进行传统的盆底肌肉(Kegel)训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用电刺激联合生物反馈治疗,比较两组治疗前后盆底肌Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力和盆底功能障碍评分、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组盆底肌Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力比较差异无统计学应意义;治疗后,观察组盆底肌Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盆底功能障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 电刺激联合生物反馈应用于产妇产后盆底康复期间效果显著,可有效改善产妇盆底肌肌力及盆底功能,且治疗期间并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of electric stimulation combined with biofeedback on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods A total of 80 parturients with Pelvic floor dysfunction disease admitted to our hospital from April to July 2020 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Kegel training, and the observation group was given the combination of electric stimulation and biofeedback, the pelvic floor muscle strength of class Ⅰand class Ⅱfibers, pelvic floor dysfunction scores before and after treatment, clinical effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the muscle strength of pelvic floor muscle class Ⅰand class Ⅱ muscle fibers between the two groups;after treatment, the improvement degree of pelvic floor muscle class Ⅰand classⅡ muscle fibers in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the pelvic floor dysfunction score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of electric stimulation and biofeedback is effective in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation, and can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function and the incidence of complications during treatment is low, it is worthy of clinical application.
