摘要
目的 探讨注射用头孢哌酮他唑巴坦致血小板减少的预防及处置措施。方法 分析2例头孢哌酮他唑巴坦致血小板减少患者的诊疗经过,结合文献检索,探讨头孢哌酮他唑巴坦诱发血小板减少的机制及应对措施。结果 2例患者静脉采用头孢哌酮他唑巴坦后均出现血小板进行性减少,于停药和对症治疗后复查血常规,发现血小板计数回升。结论 使用头孢哌酮他唑巴坦期间需监测血常规,出现血小板减少时应立即停药,同时辅以相应的药物治疗。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment measures of thrombocytopenia induced by cefoperazone and tazobactam for injection. Methods The diagnosis and treatment process of 2 patients with thrombocytopenia induced by cefoperazone-tazobactam were analyzed, combined with literature search to explore the mechanism and countermeasures of thrombocytopenia induced by cefoperazone-tazobactam.Results Thrombocytopenia occurred in 2 patients after intravenous administration of cefoperazone and tazobactam. After drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment, the blood routine was rechecked, and it was found that the platelet count rebounded. Conclusion The blood routine should be monitored during the use of cefoperazone-tazobactam, and the drug should be stopped immediately when thrombocytopenia occurs, and corresponding drug treatment should be supplemented.
