噬菌体和抗菌肽对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便微生物及血清免疫指标的影响 被引量:7

Effect of bacteriophages and antimicrobial peptides on growth performance,fecal microbes and serum immune indexes of weaned piglets

摘要 试验旨在研究噬菌体和抗菌肽对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便微生物及血清免疫指标的影响。选取28日龄断奶仔猪168头,随机分为7组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪,空白对照组为基础日粮,试验组分别添加800 g/t噬菌体、800 g/t抗菌肽、400 g/t噬菌体+400 g/t抗菌肽、400 g/t噬菌体+200 g/t抗菌肽、200 g/t噬菌体+400 g/t抗菌肽和200 g/t噬菌体+200 g/t抗菌肽。试验期33 d。结果显示:试验组1、试验组2、试验组3、试验组4和试验组5仔猪料重比显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05);试验组仔猪的腹泻率均显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。试验组1、试验组2、试验组3、试验组4和试验组5仔猪粪便乳酸菌数量显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),沙门氏菌数量显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05);试验组仔猪的粪便大肠杆菌数量均显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。试验组1、试验组2、试验组3、试验组4和试验组5仔猪血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);试验组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)和白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)含量显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,噬菌体和抗菌肽均能够降低断奶仔猪料重比、腹泻率和粪便中大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌数量,提高粪便中乳酸菌数量,提高仔猪免疫力,两者联合使用效果较好,且400 g/t噬菌体+200 g/t抗菌肽是比较合适的用量。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of bacteriophages and antimicrobial peptides on growth performance, fecal microbes and serum immune indexes of weaned piglets. A total of 168 piglets weaned at 28 d of age were randomly divided into seven groups, with four replicates in each group and six pigs in each replicate. Six test groups were supplemented with 800 g/t phage, 800 g/t antimicrobial peptide, 400 g/t phage +400 g/t antimicrobial peptide, 400 g/t phage +200 g/t antimicrobial peptide, 200 g/t phage +400 g/t antimicrobial peptide and 200 g/t bacteriophage +200 g/t antimicrobial peptide, respectively. The experiment lasted for 33 d. The results showed that the feed to gain ratio of piglets in group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 was significantly lower than that in blank control group(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate of twst group was significantly lower than that of blank control group(P<0.05). Fecal Lactobacillus number of piglets in group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 was significantly higher than that in blank control group(P<0.05), and Salmonella number was significantly lower than that in blank control group(P<0.05). The number of fecal Escherichia coli in test group was significantly lower than that in blank control group(P<0.05). The content of IgA in serum of group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 was significantly higher than that of blank control group(P<0.05). The content of IgG and IL-2 in serum of test group were significantly lower than those of blank control group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that both phage and antimicrobial peptides can reduce feed to gain ratio,diarrhea rate and the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in feces of weaned piglets, increase the number of Lactobacillus in feces, improve the immunity of piglets. The combination of two is better, and 400 g/t phage +200 g/t antimicrobial peptides is the appropriate dosage.
