摘要
本文选用石油针状焦作为原料,通过热处理、石墨化处理、包覆处理和掺杂处理,最终得到掺杂包覆碳材料。通过对其微观结构的表征,对比不同处理对材料微观表面的修饰效果,着重分析对材料电化学性能的影响,旨在减少负极材料表面缺陷、提高高温循环性能等问题。研究结果显示:沥青包覆量5%,硼酸三丁脂添加量2%,碳化温度1100℃,表面包覆掺杂改性后大大降低了材料的比表面积,极大地提高了材料高温循环性能。
In this paper,coating and doping carbon materials are designed by heat treatment,graphitization,coating and doping from needle coke.With the help of characterization of microstructure,we can find that different treatments play effect on modification of materials surface,especially the electrochemical performance,aim to decrease the surface defect of anode electrode material and improve the high temperature cycle performance.We draw a conclusion that after heat treatment at 1100℃,smaller specific surface area and excellent high temperature cycle performance are obtained with the introduction of asphalt(5wt%)and tributyl borate(2 wt%).
