摘要
目的探讨医院护士患者报告结局态度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取湖南省4所二级甲等医院468名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、患者报告结局态度量表、医院伦理氛围量表对其进行问卷调查。结果护士患者报告结局态度得分为91.00(85.00,98.75)分;患者报告结局态度与医院伦理氛围呈正相关(P<0.01),影响护士患者报告结局态度的因素为科室、学历、医院伦理氛围。结论医院护士患者报告结局态度处于中等水平,护士感知的医院伦理氛围较好,且二者呈明显正相关。提示医院管理者应积极采取措施提高护士患者报告结局态度和医院伦理氛围,加强护士对患者报告结局测量知识和技能的培训。
Objective To explore the status quo of nurses'patients reported outcome attitude and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 468 nurses from 4 second-class A hospitals in Hu'nan province were selected as the research subjects.General data questionnaire,patient reporting outcome attitude scale and hospital ethical atmosphere scale were used to conduct questionnaire survey.Results The score of nurses'patient reported outcome attitude was 91.00(85.00,98.75),the items and total scores of patient reported atti⁃tudes towards outcomes were positively correlated with the dimensions and total scores of hospital ethical atmosphere(P<0.01),and the fac⁃tors that affected nurses'patient reported attitudes towards outcomes were department,educational background and hospital ethical atmos⁃phere.Conclusion The attitude of nurses on patient reported outcomes is at a moderate level,and the hospital ethics atmosphere perceived by nurses is good,and they are significantly positively correlated.It is suggested that hospital administrators should actively take measures to improve the attitude of nurses'reporting outcomes and hospital ethics atmosphere,and strengthen the training of nurses on patient outcome measurement knowledge and skills.
