摘要
为保障煤矿带式输送机的安全稳定运行,设计了一种皮带运行智能监控系统,介绍了该系统的整体结构与具体工作原理,设计了系统的软硬件部分,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,通过应用该系统,可实时检测带式输送机的运行情况,一旦发现带式输送机皮带运行异常可及时进行预警,有效防范各类重大事故的发生,更好地保障皮带机的正常运行。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor in coal mines, a belt operation intelligent monitoring system is designed, the overall structure and specific working principle of the system are introduced, the software and hardware parts of the system are designed and industrial tests are conducted. The test results show that by applying the system, the operation of the belt conveyor can be detected in real time, and once abnormal belt operation of the belt conveyor is detected, an early warning can be made in time, which effectively prevents the occurrence of various major accidents and better guarantees the normal operation of the belt conveyor.
