氟化硫酰(SO_(2)F_(2))和氟化亚硫酰(SOF_(2))气体的中红外光谱特性检测分析 被引量:8

摘要 为获得SF_(6)气体绝缘设备在运行缺陷下产生的氟化硫酰(SO_(2)F_(2))和氟化亚硫酰(SOF_(2))气体的含量,开展了SO_(2)F_(2)和SOF_(2)气体的中红外光谱特性检测分析。首先,建立气体中红外吸收光谱检测平台,检测得到SO_(2)F_(2)和SOF_(2)的典型红外光谱图,其中SO_(2)F_(2)检测结果与HITRAN数据库的吸收截面数据一致,验证了光谱检测平台和检测方法的有效性,提出了SO_(2)F_(2)和SOF_(2)气体的特征吸收谱;然后,检测分析环境温度和气体压力对气体红外光谱特性的影响规律,得到了吸光度随温度和压力变化的拟合表达式;最后,开展了光声光谱(photoacoustic spectroscopy,PAS)和可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy,TDLAS)方法检测SO_(2)F_(2)和SOF_(2)气体的光谱特性试验,结果表明PAS技术适于这两种气体的现场检测。研究结果为研发SO_(2)F_(2)和SOF_(2)气体的光学带电检测或在线监测装置提供了技术支撑,可确保SF_(6)气体绝缘设备安全可靠运行。 To obtain the contents of sulfuryl fluoride(SO_(2)F_(2))and thionyl fluoride(SOF_(2))gases produced by SF_(6) gas-insulated equipment with operation defects,the mid-infrared spectrum characteristics of SO_(2)F_(2) and SOF_(2) gases were studied.Firstly,a mid-infrared absorption spectrum detection platform was established,and the typical infrared spectra of SO_(2)F_(2) and SOF_(2) were obtained.The detection results of SO_(2)F_(2) were consistent with the absorption cross section data in HITRAN database,which verified the availability of the spectral detection platform and its method.The characteristic absorption spectra of SO_(2)F_(2) and SOF_(2) gases were presented.Then,the influences of ambient temperature and gas pressure on the infrared spectrum characteristics of gases were detected and analyzed,and the fitting expressions of the absorbance changed with the temperatures and pressures were achieved.Finally,the photoacoustic spectroscopy(PAS)and tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)methods were carried out to detect the spectral characteristics of SO_(2)F_(2) and SOF_(2) gases.The results show that PAS technology is suitable for the field detection of these two gases.The research results provide some technical supports for developing the optical energized detection or on-line monitoring devices for SO_(2)F_(2) and SOF_(2) gases,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of SF_(6) gas-insulated equipment.
