摘要
综述了近年来多种化学工艺构建微/纳结构表面强化沸腾传热的研究进展,介绍了沉积法、蚀刻法、氧化法以及化学脱合金法等工艺构建微/纳结构表面的构建过程,并对强化传热性能表现进行探究总结,进而提出未来研究的方向。
This review introduces latest research progress on using chemical technology to construct micro/nano structured surface in order to enhance boiling heat transfer,and also expounds the processes for constructing micro/nano structured surface respectively by deposition method,etching method,oxidation method and chemical dealloying method.The heat transfer enhancement performance of different construction process is explored and summarized,and the prospect of further research is suggested.
