摘要
目的探讨脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者经中医情志护理联合理性情绪疗法联合干预后的焦虑情绪变化。方法选择2020年7月至2021年6月120例脾胃虚寒型FD患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组(中医情志护理联合理性情绪疗法)30例。2组患者均持续护理4周。观察患者中医证候积分、心理状态、生活质量和满意率情况。结果观察组主症、次症积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理状态评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量及满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚寒型FD患者开展中医情志护理与理性情绪疗法,可帮助患者缓解其临床症状,改善其不良心理状态,在一定程度上提高患者的生活质量及其对护理的满意率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of TCM emotion intervention combined with rational emotion therapy on the anxiety emotions of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type.Methods A total of 120 patients with FD of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type who were treated in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing,however,those in observation group were treated by TCM emotional nursing combined rational emotion therapy,with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.The TCM syndrome score,mental state,quality of life and satisfaction rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of primary and secondary symptoms,and mental state scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the quality of life and satisfaction rate of patients were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional nursing combined rational emotion therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with FD of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type,and improve bad psychological state and quality of life as well as satisfaction rate of patients,therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
