摘要
随着我国人口老龄化进程加快和老年人健康意识的增强,接受健康体检的老年人越来越多。在人口老龄化背景下,老年健康体检工作面临许多困惑,如何根据老年人特点,安全高效地做好老年健康体检工作,是一个值得思考的问题。老年健康体检不仅要关注老年受检者的疾病风险、已患疾病,也要关注老年受检者的功能状态。体检机构应注意老年健康体检存在的安全隐患,在完整准确的健康体检问卷调查基础上,针对不同老年个体进行个性化健康体检,同时重视老年受检者的功能评估,为不同老年受检者提出个体化的健康指导意见。
With the acceleration of the aging process of China′s population and the enhancement of the health awareness of the elderly,more and more elderly people receive health examination.Under the background of aging population,the health examination for the elderly faces many puzzles.How to do a good job of health examination of the elderly safely and efficiently according to the characteristics of the elderly is a problem worth thinking about.Health examination for the elderly should not only pay attention to the disease risk and existing disease of the elderly,but also to the functional status of the elderly.Health examination institutions should pay attention to the safety risk sexisting in the health examination for the elderly,on the basis of a complete and accurate health examination questionnaire survey,conduct personalized health examination for different elderly individuals,and pay attention to the assessment of the elderly who receive a health examination,and put forward personalized health guidance for different elderly individuals who receive a health examination.
