摘要
目的:探讨基于标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(metabolic management center,MMC)综合管理机制在出院糖尿病患者中的效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年3月武汉市第九医院内分泌科出院糖尿病患者80例,随机分组。对照组进行基础护理管理,研究组在对照组基础上应用基于MMC的综合管理。比较两组干预前和干预6个月后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖水平(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、自我管理行为评分及并发症发生率。结果:两组干预前血糖指标、SDSCA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预6个月后FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c及SDSCA各维度评分、总分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于MMC的综合管理有可提高初诊糖尿病患者自我管理能力,合理控制血糖,减少并发症。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive management mechanism based on standardized metabolic management center(MMC)in discharged diabetic patients.Method:From October 2019 to March 2021,80 patients with diabetes discharged from the Endocrinology Department of Wuhan NO.9 Hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group was given basic nursing management,and the study group was given MMC based comprehensive management on the basis of the control group.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),self-management behavior score before and 6 months after intervention and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in blood glucose indexes and SDSCA scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c and the scores of all dimensions and total scores of SDSCA in the study group were better than those in the control(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive management based on MMC can improve the self-management ability of newly diagnosed diabetic patients,control blood sugar reasonably,and reduce complications.
