摘要
妇产科是一门非常重要的临床学科,其临床教学质量与整体医疗水平的提高息息相关。因此,文章探索了多元化的教学模式,分析对比了传统的LBL教学模式、CBS教学模式、PBL教学模式、SBME教学法和Seminar教学法等多种教学模式的优缺点,为今后妇产科住院医师住培教学提供参考。总之,综合运用多种教学模式,可以提高妇产科住院规范化医师培训教学效果,提升住院医师的临床思考能力、操作能力与综合素质,激发学生的学习兴趣,最终更好地融入临床。妇产科住院医师住培教学模式的优化是大势所趋,更是提升医师综合素养的关键,因此需要针对实际情况做好医师培养工作。文章首先阐述导师制度的确立,其次分析多元化教学方式,最后探究完善考核评价体系的思路,希望可以为妇产科住院医师住培教学模式的优化与创新提供一些参考意见。
Obstetrics and Gynecology is a very important clinical subject,and its clinical teaching quality is closely related to the improvement of the overall medical level.Therefore,this article explores diversified teaching modes,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional LBL teaching mode,CBS teaching mode,PBL teaching mode,SBME teaching method,Seminar teaching method and other teaching methods.Provide reference for the training of resident doctors.In short,the comprehensive use of multiple teaching models can improve the effectiveness of standardized training of inpatients in obstetrics and gynecology,enhance the clinical thinking ability,operation ability and comprehensive quality of residents,stimulate students’interest in learning,and ultimately better integrate into the clinic.The optimization of the training and teaching model for obstetrics and gynecology residents is the general trend and the key to improving the comprehensive quality of doctors.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in training doctors according to the actual situation.This article first elaborates the establishment of the tutor system,secondly analyzes the diversified teaching methods,and finally explores the ideas of perfecting the assessment and evaluation system,hoping to provide some reference opinions for the optimization and innovation of the training and teaching mode of obstetrics and gynecology resident doctors.
