摘要
目的 基于CiteSpace可视化软件将肺络研究领域2000年至2020年近20年所刊文献的演进历程集中地展现在直观的知识图谱中,以了解肺络研究领域的文献现状,并进一步发掘未来的研究热点与方向。方法 以CNKI数据库中肺络研究领域发表的论文为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件对年际发文量、发文作者、发文机构、关键词等进行可视化分析,并绘制相关图谱。结果 核心作者的最低发文数为5篇,关键词聚类图谱主要聚为10类。除肺络以外,肺纤维化、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、络病理论、络病、新型冠状病毒肺炎等是近年来的主要研究主题,而从“络病理论”范畴指导肺络研究,很有可能会成为未来几年的研究热点。结论基于中医络病理论将络病思想充分延深至肺络研究领域,以建立完善的基于肺络理论防治肺系疾病的特色证治体系,能在一定程度上推动中医诊疗疾病的发展进程。
Objective To understand the papers status of lung collateral research, and further find future researchhotspots and direction, based on the evolution process of papers about lung collateral research in recent 20 years from2000 to 2020 presented in a visual knowledge map by Cite Space visualization software.Methods Taking the papersabout lung collateral research in the CNKI database during the 20 years from 2000 to 2020 as the research object,Cite Space software was used to analyze the annual number of articles, the authors of the articles, the institutions,keywords, etc., and draw the relevant maps by visual analysis.Results In recent 20 years, the minimum number ofpapers published by core authors was 5. The keywords were clustered into 10 categories. Besides lung collateral,pulmonary fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, collateral disease theory, collateral disease and newcoronavirus pneumonia were the main research topics in recent years. It was likely to become a research hotspot in thenext few years to study and guide the lung collaterals from the "collateral disease theory" category.Conclusion Basedon the theory of collateral disease of traditional Chinese medicine, the thought of collateral disease is fully extended tothe field of lung collateral research, so as to establish a perfect characteristic syndrome treatment system based on thetheory of lung collateral disease, and promote the development process of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis andtreatment of diseases.
