摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,对于润滑油基础油的质量要求逐渐增高,传统的润滑油生产工艺已经无法满足当前的市场需求,需要做好传统生产工艺的优化、升级工作。结合润滑油基础油的精制工艺而言,与老三套工艺相比较,不仅在空气释放性、抗乳化度和抗氧化安定性等指标上符合质量标准,且产品质量明显优于传统工艺生产,能满足社会的发展需要。为此,阐述润滑油基础油精制工艺流程,然后分析关键的流程环节,最后讨论关键的质量指标,确保精制工艺下的润滑油基础油有着较高的实用价值。
With the continuous development of social economy,the quality requirements for lubricating oil base oil are gradually increasing.The traditional lubricating oil production process has been unable to meet the current market demand.It is necessary to optimize and upgrade the traditional production process.Combined with the refining process of lube base oil,compared with the old three sets of processes,it not only meets the quality standards in terms of air release,anti emulsification degree and anti-oxidation stability,but also the product quality is significantly better than the traditional process production,which can meet the needs of social development.Therefore,the refining process of lube base oil is described,and then the key process links are analyzed.Finally,the key quality indicators are discussed to ensure that the lube base oil under the refining process has high practical value.
