综合护理干预在下呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨综合护理干预在下呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取皖南医学院第二附属医院2020年1月~2021年5月收治的112例下呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,根据护理模式分为常规护理组(n=56)和综合护理组(n=56),分析综合护理干预对下呼吸道感染患儿结局、治疗依从性及家属满意度的影响。结果:两组间治疗效果(总体有效性、依从性、干预后恢复情况以及不良反应发生情况)的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者家属满意度(护理态度、健康教育、护理技能、沟通交流)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理模式在下呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果显著,可有效提高患儿临床治疗效果,提高患儿依从性,明显缓解患儿临床症状,缩短住院时间,并且具有较高的护理满意度。 Objective:To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the children with common lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:One hundred and twelve children with lower respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital were included from January 2020 to May 2021,and divided into conventional nursing group(n=56) and comprehensive nursing group(n=56).The effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the outcome, treatment compliance and satisfaction from parents of the children were analyzed.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups regarding treatment efficacies(including overall effectiveness, patients′ compliance, rehabilitation following nursing intervention and incidences of adverse effects) as well as satisfaction from the parents(including the parents′ comment on nursing attitude, health education, nursing skills, and communication)(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing model can be notably effective in children with common lower respiratory tract infection, because this nursing may improve the clinical treatment effect, compliance of children, significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children, shorten the length of hospital stay, and lead to higher satisfaction with the nursing.
