摘要
“双碳”目标下,我国煤化工产业面临巨大挑战。介绍了陕西煤业化工集团及其煤化工产业的发展概况,阐述了煤化工产业面临的主要挑战与发展方向,提出低阶煤分质利用的科学理念,并介绍了该集团在低阶煤分质清洁高效利用领域的实践探索;立足集团煤化工板块最核心的低阶煤清洁高效利用领域,阐释了相关发展思路和重点任务。认为首先要坚持创新引领,加快成熟技术的转型升级,大力推动榆林地区煤炭转化利用产业转型升级;其次要全力推进示范工程建设,努力打造煤化工高端化、多元化、低碳化发展样板工程;第三要开展粉煤热解与电站锅炉耦合工业化示范,推动低阶煤燃烧前先提油气的高效利用方式;第四要加强与新能源耦合发展,构建完整的低阶煤分质清洁高效转化技术开发和产业发展体系;第五要推动建设国家级富油煤分质清洁高效转化基地。
Under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China's coal chemical industry faces great challenges.This paper introduces the development situation of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group and its coal chemical industry,expounds the main challenges and development direction faced by the development of coal chemical industry,puts forward the scientific concept of low rank coal quality grading utilization,and introduces the practical exploration of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group in the field of quality grading clean and efficient utilization of low rank coal.Based on the clean and efficient utilization of low rank coal,which is the core of the group's coal chemical industry,this paper explains the relevant development ideas and key tasks:first,adhering to the innovation guidance to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of mature technologies and vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of coal conversion and utilization industry in Yulin;secondly,fully promoting the construction of demonstration projects to create a high-end,diversified and low-carbon development model project of coal chemical industry;thirdly,carrying out the industrial demonstration of coupling pulverized coal pyrolysis and power station boiler to promote the efficient utilization with oil and gas extraction before the combustion of low rank coal;fourthly,strengthening the coupling development with new energy to build a complete clean and efficient conversion technology development and industrial development system for low rank coal;fifthly,promoting the construction of a national oil-rich coal quality grading clean and efficient conversion base.
