摘要
神经根型颈椎病发病率近年来不断升高且逐渐呈年轻化趋势,是临床较为常见的疾病。由于颈椎间盘退变髓核突出、韧带钙化肥厚、骨质增生、肌肉痉挛及神经根的压迫等原因,神经根型颈椎病的症状主要表现为酸痛不适以及出现肩颈部及上肢的放射性疼痛、麻木,严重影响患者的日常生活及工作。中医药治疗以其临床疗效佳、不良反应少等优点在临床上得到了广泛应用,但针对神经根型颈椎病的中医药治疗研究仍需进一步完善。基于此,本文现对神经根型颈椎病的中医药治疗研究进展进行综述,重点阐述中药内服、中药外敷、针灸、推拿牵引等治疗手段在临床上的应用,以期为临床治疗提供参考依据。
The incidence rate of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)has been increasing in recent years and the trend has gradually become younger which is common in clinic.The symptoms are soreness,pain and radiating pain or numbness in the neck,shoulder and upper limbs because of cervical disc degeneration and nucleus pulposus herniation,Ligament calcification and hypertrophy,bone hyperplasia,muscle cramp and compression of nerve roots which has great influence on patients’daily life and work.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment has the advantage of good clinical efficacy,Less adverse reactions that are widely used in clinic.However,the researches of TCM on CSR still needs to be improved,so this article reviews the Research Progress on treating CSR in TCM and focuses on the clinical application of TCM oral administration,external treatment,acupuncture,massage,traction and other treatments that to provide reference for clinical treatment.
