天然气输送管线感应加热弯管屈曲失效分析 被引量:7

摘要 屈曲变形是管道重要的失效形式之一,内外压力、轴向力、弯矩等都可能导致管道发生屈曲失效。研究了甘肃地区某天然气管线发生的局部非均匀屈曲失效,对其宏观形貌、几何尺寸和理化性能进行了检测分析,并采用有限元分析软件分别模拟了管道受到垂直于管轴方向和平行于管轴方向的外部载荷两种状态。研究结果表明:失效管段的结构不完整,不符合相关标准对弯管直管段的要求,失效管段的理化性能符合标准要求,垂直于钢管轴向的外加弯曲载荷是导致该管线发生屈曲失效的主要原因。建议在管线施工时,保证弯管结构完整性,并避免施加外力强行安装。 Buckling deformation is one of the important failure modes of pipeline.Internal and external pressure, axial force and bending moment of the pipeline may lead to buckling failure of pipeline.The local non-uniform buckling failure of a pipeline in Gansu Province was studied.The macroscopic morphology, geometric size, physical and chemical properties were tested and analyzed.The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the two states of the pipeline subjected to external load perpendicular to the pipe axis and parallel to the pipe axis.The research results show that the structure of the failed pipe section is incomplete and does not meet the requirements of the relevant standards for the straight pipe section of the bend, and the physical and chemical properties of the buckling failure segment meet the requirements of relevant standards.In addition, the external bending load perpendicular to the axial direction of the steel pipe is the main cause for the buckling failure of the pipeline.It is recommended to ensure the structural integrity of the bend during pipeline construction and avoid forced installation by external force.
