摘要
目的 分析糖尿病患者接受格列吡嗪治疗对血糖变化、血脂情况及生活质量的影响。方法 选取厦门市第五医院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的60例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为研究组、常规组,各30例。常规组接受常规治疗,研究组同时采用格列吡嗪控释片治疗。治疗3个月,比较两组治疗效果。结果 研究组FPG、HbA1c、2 hPG水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组TG、LDL-C、TC水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组HOMA-IR(4.1±0.5)、DSQL总分(36.1±2.1)分均低于常规组(5.2±0.6)、(47.2±3.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.714、13.726,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于常规组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.043,P<0.05)。结论 格列吡嗪具有降糖调脂、增强胰岛素的作用,能有效降低糖尿病患者的血脂、血糖水平,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of glipizide treatment on blood glucose changes,blood lipids and quality of life in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 60 diabetic patients admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the study group and the routine group with 30 cases in each group according to different treatment plans.The routine group received routine treatment,while the study group received glipizide controlled-release tablets.After 3 months of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of FPG,HbAlc and 2 hPG in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HOMA-IR(4.1±0.5) and DSQL total scores(36.1±2.1) points in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(5.2±0.6) and(47.2±3.9)points,and the difference was statistically significant Significant(t=7.714,13.726,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study(3.33%) was lower than that in the routine group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion Glipizide has the effects of lowering blood glucose,regulating lipids and enhancing insulin,which can effectively reduce blood lipid and blood glucose levels in diabetic patients and improve the quality of life.
