基于分时复用的电气设备回路状态监测系统 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统的电气设备回路状态监测系统采用单一线性设计,稳定性较差、监测效率较低的问题,设计了基于分时复用的电气设备回路状态监测系统。系统硬件主要包括电源电路、采集器、处理器和存储器,并配置SD7362芯片。该芯片具有较高的共模抑制比和增益,可实现分时功能。采集器内置了缓冲器、处理器和A/D转换器,处理器中有多个转换器、大容量存储器、UART接口、通信接口和I/O接口,可实现复用功能。通过分时复用硬件对电气设备的回路状态进行仲裁,结合电气信号分配过程实现对电气设备回路状态的分时复用诊断。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效保证监测过程的稳定性,并提高监测效率。 Aiming at the problems of poor stability and low monitoring efficiency caused by the single linear design of the traditional circuit condition monitoring system of electrical equipment,a circuit condition monitoring system of electrical equipment based on time-sharing multiplexing is designed.The system hardware mainly includes power circuit,collector,processor and memory,and is configured with SD7362 chip.The chip has high common mode rejection ratio and gain,and can realize time-sharing function.The collector has built-in buffer,processor and A/D converter.The processor has multiple converters,mass memory,UART interface,communication interface and I/O interface,which can realize the multiplexing function.Through the time-sharing multiplexing hardware,the circuit state of electrical equipment is arbitrated,and the time-sharing multiplexing diagnosis of the circuit state of electrical equipment is realized in combination with the electrical signal distribution process.The experimental results show that the system can effectively ensure the stability of the monitoring process and improve the monitoring efficiency.
