摘要
高等教育普及化阶段的到来,预示着我国高等教育的发展走向了以提升人才培养质量为核心要义的内涵式发展战略之路。实践育人作为人才培养的题中之意,是以“知行合一”为价值取向,促进个体社会化的实践化活动,对于高校核心竞争力的提升具有重要的作用。以我国现行的高校联盟为分析对象,通过探讨高校联盟与实践育人共同体建设的关系、高校联盟的现行管理机制与特征,探索我国高校实践育人共同体建设的高校联盟路径。
The arrival of the popularization stage of higher education indicates that the development of higher education started an connotative development model based on improving the quality of talent training in China.As the meaning of talent training,practical education is a practical activity that takes"unity of knowledge and practice"as the value orientation and promotes individual socialization,which plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.Taking the current University Alliance in China as the analysis object,this paper discusses the practical development,management mechanism and characteristics of University Alliance,in order to give some enlightenment to the construction of practical education community in China.
