基于吸附法的模拟盐湖卤水中锂提取分析研究

摘要 针对传统硅盐沉淀法无法实现盐湖卤水低浓度锂提取的问题,提出用酸改性高岭土对盐湖卤水中Li+进行提取。试验以锂提取效果为指标对提取工艺进行优化,结果表明,当第一次沉锂工艺条件为:Al/Li摩尔比3.5,Na/Al摩尔比2.7,沉淀温度45℃,沉淀时间60min;第二次吸附锂工艺条件为:吸附剂投加量4g,反应温度40℃,反应时间150min,铝锂分离工艺条件为:煅烧时间和温度分别为50min、400℃,浸取时间和温度分别为30min和50℃,锂沉淀率、锂吸附总量、锂单位吸附量以及Li+浸出率和溶液中Li+质量浓度分别为52.4%、11.7mg、2.9mg·g^(-1)、95.7%和1.4g·L^(-1)。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional silicon salt precipitation method can not extract low concentration lithium from salt lake brine,acid modified kaolin is proposed to extract lithium from salt lake brine.The results showed that the first lithium precipitation process conditions were as follows:Al/Li molar ratio 3.5,Na/Al molar ratio 2.7,precipitation temperature 45℃,precipitation time 60min;The second lithium adsorption process conditions are as follows:the dosage of adsorbent is 4g,the reaction temperature is 40℃,the reaction time is 150min,the calcination time and temperature are 50min and 400℃,the leaching time and temperature are 30min and 50℃,the lithium precipitation rate,the total amount of lithium adsorption,the unit adsorption capacity of lithium,the lithium ion leaching rate and the mass concentration of lithium ion in the solution are 52.4%respectively 11.7mg,2.9mg·g^(-1),95.7%and 1.4g·L^(-1).
