摘要
为更好适应国家对高层次、多类型人才的需要,基于高等院校和科研院所的客观情况和共同利益需求,开展研究生校所协同培养成为了研究生培养的新模式。本文以太原科技大学材料化工专业研究生为研究对象,以提高研究生科学研究能力为目标,从实践出发,就培养机制、培养方式、培养成效等方面的一些具体做法进行了探索与实践并提出了协同培养存在的隐忧。通过协同培养,实现了研究生、高等院校与科研院所三方共赢。
In order to better adapt to the country’s needs for high-level and multi-type talents,based on the objective conditions and common interest needs of universities and research institutes,the universities-research institutes collaborative cultivation of postgraduates has become a new model.Aiming to explore and improve graduate students’research ability,taking graduate students majoring in Materials and Chemical Engineering of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology as the research object,the cultivation mechanism,cultivation methods and effectiveness were analyzed and hidden worries were raised.A tripartite win-win situation for postgraduates,universities and research institutes was achieved.
