摘要
乡村教师专业化发展面临着教师队伍长期建设不足、短期培训较多、服务教师教学能力提升有限等问题。为促进乡村教师专业发展、振兴乡村教育,针对我国40所乡村学校“十四五”时期发展需求,研究团队进行了深度调研,发现教师基本技能训练、教学和教研基本规范、留守儿童管理、教师共同体建设等方面的需求最为突出。为此,本研究围绕智能化技术赋能乡村教师专业化发展进行了深入探索。智能化技术助力乡村教师专业化发展的实践路径在于:借助智能化平台开展教师基本素养培育,进一步提升乡村教师的学科专业素养;借助智能技术开展大规模“诊课”与系统化教研,进一步提升乡村教师的课堂教学能力;借助大数据技术帮助乡村教师开展精细化学生管理,进一步提升乡村教师对学生的管理能力;借助线上教研社区资源构建乡村教师专业发展共同体,进一步促进乡村教师教研共同体的发展。
The professional development of rural teachers faces problems such as more short-term training of teachers and insufficient long-term construction,and limited improvement of the teaching ability of service teachers.In order to promote the professional development of teachers and promote the revitalization of rural education,the research team conducted an in-depth investigation based on the development needs of 40 rural primary and secondary schools across China during the“14th Five-Year Plan”,and found that the needs and problems in teachers basic literacy training,basic teaching and research norms,left-behind children management,and teacher community construction,etc.are the most prominent.It is of great practical significance to explore the practical path for the professional development of rural teachers empowered by intelligent technology.The transformation path of intelligent technology to help the professional development of rural teachers is:using intelligent platforms to carry out basic quality training of teachers to further improve the professional quality of rural teachers;using intelligent technology to carry out large-scale diagnosis and systematic teaching and research to further improve rural teachers teaching ability;using the big data technology to help rural teachers to carry out refined student management and further improves the student management ability of rural teachers.With the help of online teaching and research communities,a community of professional development of rural teachers is formed to further promote the development of rural teachers teaching and research community.
