摘要
目的探析处方前置审核管理对静脉药物调配中心用药不适宜医嘱的干预效果。方法选取2018年1—12月在郴州市第一人民医院静脉药物调配中心工作的20名医务人员作为参比组,此时间段应用常规方式管理。选取2020年1—12月本院静脉药物调配中心工作的20名医务人员作为观察组,此时间应用处方前置审核管理。分析管理后两组医务人员的药物调配知识掌握情况、处方审查知识掌握情况、专业能力、处方用药管理满意度。结果观察组医务人员的药物调配知识掌握情况、处方审查知识掌握情况高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的专业能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的处方用药管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对静脉药物调配中心工作的医务人员进行管理时,应用处方前置审核管理能够提升医务人员专业水平,增强医务人员专业能力,提高处方用药管理满意度,推荐使用。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of pre-prescription review management on inappropriate doctor's orders in intravenous drug dispensing centers.Methods 20 medical staff who worked in the venous Drug Allocation Center of Chenzhou First People's Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the reference group,applied conventional management in this time period.20 medical staff working in the intravenous Drug Allocation Center of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,applied pre-prescription review management in this time period.The knowledge of drug deployment,prescription review,professional ability,and satisfaction of prescription drug management of medical staff in two groups were analyzed.Results The knowledge of drug deployment,prescription review of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional ability of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical staff's satisfaction with prescription drug management in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in the intravenous drug dispensing center,the application of pre-prescription review management can improve the professional level of medical staff,enhance the professional ability of medical staff,and improve the satisfaction of prescription drug management,which is recommended.
