浅论自动变速器液压系统清洁度工艺控制

摘要 目前自动变速器控制模块一般采用液压系统,而液压系统的核心零件是电磁阀,电磁阀对于清洁度有较高的要求,如果不满足清洁度要求,可能会导致电磁阀出现卡滞,进而造成液压系统功能失效。因此,液压系统的运行稳定性,与系统本身清洁度息息相关。而通过一些工艺控制方法,可以提高整个液压系统的清洁度。在零件制造过程中采用外观检查以及对零件上线清洗的方式,并定期检测零件的清洁度指标。严格控制装配过程,防止二次污染。在测试阶段,通过改进循环油过滤系统以提高润滑油本身的清洁度等级。通过这些工艺控制方法,以保证液压系统的清洁度控制。论文阐述了在整个过程中对清洁度的工艺控制方法,从入厂检测标准、清洗过程、检测标准、装配注意事项到最终测试过程的控制要求。 At present, the control module of automatic transmission generally adopts hydraulic system, and the core part of the hydraulic system is solenoid valve, which has high requirements for cleanliness. If the cleanliness requirements are not met, the solenoid valve may be stuck, and then the function of the hydraulic system will fail. Therefore, compared with other systems, the hydraulic system has higher requirements for cleanliness. This control requirement is difficult to achieve through general process implementation. This paper introduces some common cleanliness process control processes and methods to make the cleanliness of the whole system meet the requirements. In the manufacturing process of parts, appearance inspection and on-line cleaning are adopted, and cleanliness indexes of parts are regularly tested. Strictly control the assembly process to prevent secondary pollution. In the testing stage, the cleanliness level of lubricating oil itself is improved by improving the circulating oil filtration system. Through these methods, the cleanliness of the whole system can be controlled at a qualified level. This paper expounds the process control method of cleanliness in the whole process, from incoming inspection standards, cleaning process,inspection standards, assembly precautions to the control requirements of the final test process.
