摘要
随着城市现代化的发展,我国的建设工程在逐渐进步,工程造价动态管控对建设工程发展有重要影响,过程结算政策能提高建设工程造价的综合效益,对建筑企业发展十分重要。因此,本文研究过程结算政策对建设工程造价动态管理与控制的影响,首先明确了过程结算政策背景,其次从几个方面分析了过程结算政策对建设工程造价管控的影响,最后阐述了工程造价动态管控策略,为建筑企业后续的发展提供参考。
With the development of urban modernization, the construction project in our country is progressing gradually, the dynamic control of project cost has an important influence on the development of construction project, and the process settlement policy can improve the comprehensive benefit of construction project costs, which is very important for the development of construction enterprises. So it is very important to study the influence of process settlement policy on the dynamic management and control of construction project costs. Firstly, it clarifies the policy background of process settlement. Secondly, it analyzes the influence of process settlement policy on construction cost management and control from several aspects, and finally expounds the dynamic control strategy of project costs, which can be used as a reference for the follow-up development of construction enterprises.
