摘要
目的探讨情绪干预对乳腺癌术后患者上肢肢体功能、上肢并发症、焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响。方法纳入2020年2月至2021年9月于新郑市公立人民医院就诊的92例乳腺癌术后患者为研究对象,按照术后护理方案分为研究组(n=46)与常规组(n=46)。常规组接受常规护理干预联合上肢功能锻炼,研究组在常规组基础上接受情绪干预,比较两组上肢肢体功能、上肢并发症、焦虑和抑郁情绪、生活质量。结果干预后,研究组肩部关节外展、内收、前屈、后伸等活动度好于常规组(P<0.05);研究组上肢相关并发症发生率低于常规组(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-BR53)评分较常规组低(P<0.05)。结论情绪干预能有效促进乳腺癌患者术后上肢肢体功能恢复,减少术后上肢相关并发症的发生,改善乳腺癌术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of emotional intervention on upper limb function,upper limb complications,anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods Ninety-two postoperative breast cancer patients in Xinzheng Public People’s Hospital from February 2020 to September 2021 were collected and divided into study group(n=46)and conventional group(n=46)according to postoperative nursing schemes.The conventional group underwent conventional nursing interventions combined with upper limb functional exercise,and the study group implemented emotion management on the basis of the conventional group.Upper limb function,upper limb complication,anxiety,depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the range of motion of shoulder joint abduction,adduction,flexion and extension in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of upper limb related complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life questionnaire breast cancer 53(QLQ-BR53)scores in the study group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional intervention can effectively promote the recovery of upper limb function of breast cancer patients after operation,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications of upper limbs,and improve anxiety,depression and quality of life of breast cancer patients after operationin.
