摘要
目的:探讨阶梯式连续护理的方式在子宫脱垂手术患者中的应用价值,为临床的护理改进提供相应的依据。方法:选择在2019年11月-2021年8月,因行子宫脱垂手术在某医院妇科行手术治疗且在该院住院的246例患者,同时采用便利抽样,选取2019年11月-2020年9月因子宫脱垂住院并进行手术治疗的120例患者为对照组,选取2020年10月-2021年8月行手术治疗的126例患者为观察组,其中对照组患者给予子宫脱垂围术期的科室常规护理操作,观察组在科室常规护理操作的基础上给予阶梯式连续护理干预。比较两组患者术后首次下床活动时间和住院时间,统计两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者术后首次下床活动时间及住院时间均较对照组有明显的减少,术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶梯式护理干预能够快速地促进患者的术后康复,显著降低术后发生并发症的概率,对于提高患者术后的生活质量水平具有重要的意义。
Objective:To explore the application value of stepwise continuous nursing in patients with uterine prolapse surgery,and to provide the corresponding basis for clinical nursing.Methods:246 patients undergoing uterine prolapse surgery in our hospital from November 2019 to August 2021 were selected.At the same time,120 patients undergoing uterine prolapse surgery in our hospital from November 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the control group by convenience sampling,and selected from October 2020 to August 2021126 patients during the month were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing operation in the department during perioperative period of uterine prolapse,and the observation group was given stepped continuous nursing intervention based on routine nursing operation in the department.The observation group and the control group were compared for the first time out of bed activity and hospital stay,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:compared with the control group,the time of first postoperative ambulation and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly reduced,and the probability of postoperative complications which was significantly lower than of the control group.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Step nursing intervention can quickly promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,significantly reduce the probability of postoperative complications,for improving the quality of life of patients after surgery has an important significance.
