摘要
目的:探索认知重评对青少年网络游戏成瘾的影响,及自尊在两者之间的中介作用,为降低青少年网络游戏成瘾提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法对1282名青少年进行测量,测量工具包括情绪调节量表中的认知重评分量表、自尊量表、网络游戏成瘾问卷。结果:①认知重评、自尊与网络游戏成瘾存在显著负相关(r=-0.173,-0.227,P<0.01);②自尊在认知重评和网络游戏成瘾之间起中介作用(β=-0.0292,P<0.001),直接效应和中介效应分别为57.43%和42.57%。结论:认知重评不仅可以直接影响青少年网络游戏成瘾,还通过自尊间接影响网络游戏成瘾。可以通过提升认知重评和自尊的方式来缓解青少年网络游戏成瘾。
Objective:To explore the mediating role of self-esteem between cognitive reappraisal and Internet gaming disorder in adolescents,and provide reference for reducing adolescent Internet gaming disorder.Methods:A total of 1282adolescents were measured by questionnaires including Cognitive Reappraisal Scale which is in Emotion Regulation Scale,Self-esteem Scale and Internet Gaming Disorder Questionnaire.Results:①Cognitive reappraisal and self-esteem were significantly negatively correlated with Internet gaming disorder(r=-0.173,-0.227;P<0.01).②Self-esteem had a partial mediating effect between cognitive reappraisal and Internet gaming disorder(β=-0.0292,P<0.001).The direct effect and mediating effect were 57.43%and 42.57%.Conclusion:Cognitive reappraisal not only play a direct effect in Internet gaming disorder of adolescents,but also indirectly affects their Internet gaming disorder through self-esteem.We can alleviate Internet gaming disorder of adolescents by improving their level of cognitive reappraisal and self-esteem.
