摘要
目的研究在脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者治疗过程中运用中医康复方式的治疗效果价值。方法选择2019年2月—2021年2月平顶山市中医医院内的80例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者,随机分配方式将所有脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者设置为对照组与观察组,运用常规治疗方式开展对照组的治疗工作,运用中医康复治疗方式开展观察组的治疗工作,对比两组患者整体治疗效果水平,包括显效、有效与无效;对比两组患者并发症发生情况,包括电解质紊乱情况、营养不良情况以及吸入性肺炎情况;对比两组患者治疗后的相关评分变化情况,包括标准吞咽功能方面、吞咽造影检查法方面以及生活质量方面的评分。结果观察组治疗效果水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组标准吞咽功能方面、吞咽造影检查法方面以及生活质量方面的评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者的治疗过程中运用中医康复治疗方式,可以将整体的治疗效果水平提升到新高度,有效改善患者标准吞咽功能方面、吞咽造影检查法方面以及生活质量方面评分,将患者电解质紊乱情况、营养不良情况以及吸入性肺炎情况的发生概率控制在最小范围,有助于脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者的康复治疗。
Objective To discuss and study the therapeutic effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the treatment of dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction in Pingdingshan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation,The overall treatment effect of the two groups was compared,including markedly effective,effective and ineffective;The complications of the two groups were compared,including electrolyte disorder,malnutrition and aspiration pneumonia;The changes of related scores after treatment were compared between the two groups,including standard swallowing function,swallowing angiography and quality of life.Results The overall treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The overall complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of standard swallowing function,swallowing radiography and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction,the application of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy can improve the overall treatment effect to a new level,effectively improve the standard swallowing function,swallowing angiography and quality of life scores,and improve the electrolyte disorder,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia,dysphagia The incidence of malnutrition and aspiration pneumonia is controlled in the minimum range,which is very helpful for the rehabilitation treatment of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.
