摘要
目的系统评价针灸治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的疗效。方法检索国内外医学数据库中有关针灸治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的随机对照试验,选择符合入组标准的文献后,按照Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行质量评价,并采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入17篇文献,治疗组共计745例患者,对照组共计690例患者。Meta分析显示,针灸作为主要治疗方式,治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床有效率及降低多动指数情况均优于西药或行为疗法[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.14,1.26),Z=7.14,P<0.01],差异有统计学意义。结论针灸治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍优于单纯常规药物和行为疗法。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture in treating children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods The randomized controlled trials of acupuncture in the treatment of children with ADHD were searched from medical databases at home and abroad.After selecting the literatures that met the inclusion criteria,the quality was evaluated according to the Cochrane collaboration’s tool for assessing risk of bias.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results 17 articles were finally included,with a total of 745 cases in the treatment group and 690 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that acupuncture,as the main treatment method,was better than western medicine or behavioral therapy in treating ADHD in terms of clinical efficacy and reduction of hyperactivity index[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.14,1.26),Z=7.14,P<0.01],the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Acupuncture is better than conventional drugs and behavior therapy in the treatment of ADHD.
