紫薯花青素提取及其在pH响应显色WPU涂层的应用 被引量:3

摘要 探究了紫薯花青素的提取条件,并将其与水性聚氨酯(WPU)复合制备具有pH响应显色性能的功能涂层。研究表明在乙醇体积分数70%,提取时间60 min、料液比1∶10和提取温度65℃的提取条件下,花青素提取效率最高为(143.01±4.11)mg/100g DW。通过涂层酸碱介质pH响应显色实验和涂层基础性能、表面水接触角等测试得出:花青素质量分数高于1.5%的聚氨酯涂层对酸性和碱性介质具有明显的pH响应显色,对酸性介质显红色,碱性介质显黄色,且响应速度快,40 s即可达到最大色差变化,持续时间大于16 h。涂层硬度和附着力在花青素质量分数为2%以内时未见降低,表面光泽度及水接触角则随着花青素添加量增加而略有降低。 The extraction conditions of purple potato anthocyanins were investigated, and a pH responsive coloring functional coating was prepared by blending purple potato anthocyanins with waterborne polyurethane(WPU).The highest anthocyanin extraction efficiency of(143.01±4.11)mg/100 g DW was achived under the extraction conditions of 70%ethanol concentration, 60 min extraction time, 1∶10 material-liquid ratio and 65 ℃ extraction temperature.Through the tests of pH response, basic performance and surface water contact angle of the coating, it is concluded that the WPU coating with anthocyanin addition higher than 1.5%has obvious pH response to acidic and alkaline media, red to acidic media and yellow to alkaline media, and the response speed is fast.The maximum color difference change can be achieved in 40 s, and the duration is more than 16 h.The coating hardness and adhesion have no obvious deteriation within 2%of anthocyanin addition.While, its surface gloss and water contact angle could reduce slightly with anthocyanin increasing.
