摘要
目的了解针对性护理在妇女儿童传染病临床治疗中的干预效果。方法选择济宁市公共卫生医疗中心2020年5月至2021年5月收治的84例妇儿传染病患者纳入本试验,由医护人员按照就诊顺序编号将其等分为实验组(42例)与参照组(42例)。参照组予以常规护理干预,实验组予以针对性护理干预,对比两组患者的干预效果。结果护理后,实验组患者的生理机能、社会功能、情感职能等各项得分高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组患者干预后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于妇女儿童传染病患者具有可靠价值,有助于提高患者的健康水平,优化患者的心理状态,临床可将针对性护理在妇女儿童传染病患者群体中普及应用。
Objective To understand the intervention effect of targeted nursing in clinical treatment of women and children with infectious diseases.Methods A total of 84 cases of women and children with infectious diseases admitted to Jining Public Health Medical Center from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the experimental group(42 cases)and the reference group(42 cases)according to the number of visits.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given targeted nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of physiological function,social function and emotional function in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in women and children with infectious diseases has reliable value,which is helpful to improve the health level of patients and optimize the psychological state of patients.Targeted nursing can be popularized in women and children with infectious diseases.
