摘要
装配式地铁车辆段建筑,预制小箱梁构件的架设无法采用常规起重吊装方式安装,存在着不小的难度。结合特殊工况条件,选择国内新研制出的新式架梁机进行了创新尝试架设。现场实践表明,此新式架梁机可应用于装配化地铁车辆段或停车场建筑中,起重量大、施工工效高,可纵向横移动,平面适用性强。从设备的特征参数、架设工艺、特殊工况流程等方面对新式架梁机的应用进行了详细阐述,可为类似装配化工程的施工提供经验参考。
In the construction of prefabricated subway vehicle depot, the erection of prefabricated small box girder members cannot be easily installed by conventional way of hoisting. Combined with the special working conditions, a new beam erecting crane newly developed in China is selected for innovative trial erection. The field practice shows that this new beam erecting crane can be applied to the construction of prefabricated subway vehicle depot or parking lot, with large lifting capacity, high construction efficiency, longitudinal and transverse movement, and strong plane applicability.The application of the new beam erecting crane is described in detail from the aspects of the characteristic parameters of the equipment, erection process, special working condition process, etc., which can provide experience reference for the construction of similar assembly projects.
