基于高分遥感技术的森林草原火灾应急处置研究——以四川稻城“1·7”森林草原火灾应急监测为例 被引量:9

摘要 高分遥感技术在森林草原防灭火应急处置中发挥越来越重要作用。本文将高分遥感技术应用于四川稻城“1·7”森林草原火灾应急处置,利用国产高分四号卫星热红外影像波谱特征感知亮温异常、发现热点(火点)、监测火场态势变化及演化趋势;利用高分四号卫星昼间可见光影像的纹理特征快速获取火场烟点、地貌及植被分布等要素信息;利用高分六号卫星可见光波谱特征,选用差分归一化燃烧率(dNBR)指数,完成过火区信息提取及初步灾损评估。结果表明,国产高分遥感技术具有较高时效性与较好准确性,适用于我国中小面积森林草原火灾着火点、燃烟点、火迹线位置及过火区等灾情信息动态跟踪监测,对辅助扑救人员快速掌控灾情、科学施救具有重要意义。 High-resolution remote sensing technology is playing an increasing important role in forest and grassland fire prevention and emergency response.This article applies high-resolution remote sensing technology to the emergency response of Daocheng county,Sichuan province"1·7"forest and grassland fire,and uses domestic high-resolution No.4 thermal infrared image spectral characteristics to detect brightness temperature anomalies to find hot spots(fire spots),monitor fire situation changes,and evolutionary trend,using the texture features of daytime visible light images of high-resolution No.4 to quickly obtain information such as smoke points,landforms and vegetation distribution in the fire site,using the characteristics of the visible light spectrum of high-resolution No.6 to select the differential normalized burn rate(dNBR)index and complete the distribution information extraction of the fired area and the preliminary disaster assessment.The results show that the domestic high-resolution remote sensing technology has high timeliness and good accuracy,and is suitable for continuous monitoring of emergent forest fire disasters in small and medium-sized areas and can help determine the fire point,smoke point,fire trace location and fire area,which is of great significance in assisting forest fire fighting personnel to quickly control the disaster and conduct scientific rescue.
