摘要
目的:分析临床中喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用时,患者、医师、药师对药物认知情况及安全性。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月苏州市姑苏区苏锦街道平江新城社区卫生服务中心收治的感染性疾病患者110例、开具该药处方医师32名、药师11名为观察对象,采用问卷调查方式统计喹诺酮类抗菌药物认知情况,结合患者所患疾病类型,分析药物认知情况、使用情况及不良反应发生率。结果:医师、药师对药物认知情况优于患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染性疾病患者药物使用情况数据比较,用药占比具有相似性;骨骼系统感染、呼吸道感染患者使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的不良反应发生率高于其他疾病类型患者。结论:喹诺酮类抗菌药物认知中,医师、药师较为良好,在临床应用中,部分患者对该药存在不良反应情况,因此需加强该药使用相关知识普及,促使药物功效能够得到充分发挥。
Objective:To analyze the drug cognition of patients,physicians and pharmacists,as well as safety of quinolone antibiotics in clinical use.Methods:From April 2020 to April 2021,110 patients with infectious diseases,32 physicians who prescribed the drug and 11 pharmacists in Pingjiang Xincheng Community Health Service Center of Sujin Street of Gusu District of Suzhou city were selected as the observation subjects.The cognition of quinolone antibiotics was counted through questionnaire survey,combined with the type of disease of the patients,the drug cognition,drug use and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:The physicians and pharmacists had a better drug cognition than the patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The drug use data in patients with infectious diseases were compared,and the proportion of drug use was found to be similar.the incidence of adverse reactions caused by the use of quinolone antibiotics in patients with skeletal system infection and respiratory tract infection was higher than that in patients with other disease types.Conclusion:Physicians and pharmacists have relatively good cognition of quinolone antibiotics,but in clinical application,some patients have adverse reactions to the drug.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the popularization of knowledge related to the use of this drug,so that the therapeutic efficacy of the drug can be completely exerted.
