摘要
为有效控制大断面切眼围岩,并为综采工作面高效回采创造良好条件,以铺龙湾矿5110工作面为工程背景,设计锚网索喷+注浆的支护方案,有效控制切眼围岩结构产生的变形问题,并且在开采工作现场进行有效应用。通过最终的结果分析可以看出,在大断面切眼掘进工作中,采用锚网索喷射和注浆支护可以全面提高切眼围岩结构的强度和承载能力,进而可以为综采工作面的设备安装以及回采工作的顺利开展打下良好的基础。
In order to effectively control the surrounding rock of large cross-section cut and create good conditions for efficient mining of fully mechanized mining face, taking 5110 working face of Pulongwan mine as the engineering background, the working method of bolt mesh cable shotcreting + grouting support is designed and proposed to effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock structure of cut, and it is effectively applied in the mining site. Through the analysis of the final results, it can be seen that in the large section cutting excavation, the strength and bearing capacity of the surrounding rock structure of the cutting can be comprehensively improved through the bolt mesh cable spraying and grouting methods, which can lay a good foundation for the equipment installation of the fully mechanized mining face and the smooth development of the mining work.
