摘要
目的分析数据挖掘技术在中医治疗痛风性关节炎中的应用,为优选痛风性关节炎的中医治疗方案提供依据。方法通过“数据挖掘”“痛风性关节炎”“痛风”“中医”“中药”和“Data minning”等多个主题词,在中国知网、万方数据、维普网、Pubmed等数据库中,组合查询2010年3月—2021年3月的文献资料构建文献库。去除重复、无效文献后,对所得文献进行归纳整理和分析。结果共纳入有效文献47篇,其中2017年可检索到的文献达14篇,2020年达11篇;在痛风性关节炎研究中,数据挖掘常用软件有SPSS系列、中医传承辅助平台、Microsoft Excel、古今医案云平台和自主研发的分析系统等;常用分析方法包括频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析、相关性分析、复杂网络图、因子分析和BP神经网络等,主要应用于用药规律、证型/证候分析、指标分析、治疗规律分析和疗效评价等方面。结论数据挖掘技术在中医治疗痛风性关节炎中的应用领域较多,并为阐释中医治疗痛风性关节炎提供了依据。以往研究中所采用的软件存在差异,使用算法也较为传统且与中医药理论的结合不够紧密,有待进一步改进与创新。
Objective To analyze the application of data mining technology in the treatment of gouty arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine and provide a basis for the selection of traditional Chinese medicine treatment plans for gouty arthritis.Methods Through“data mining”,“gouty arthritis”,“Gout”,“Chinese”,“Chinese”and“Data minning”and other keywords,the study combined and queried the literature data from March 2010 to March 2021 in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and PubMed to construct a document database.After removing the duplicate and invalid documents,it summarized and analyzed the obtained documents.Results A total of 47 valid documents were included,of which 14 can be retrieved in 2017 and 11 in 2020.In the research of gouty arthritis,commonly-used software for data mining included SPSS series,Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and Assistance Platform System,Microsoft Excel,Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform and self-developed analysis system.The common analysis methods included frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,correlation analysis,complex network diagram,factor analysis and BP neural network,etc.It is mainly used in the law of medication,syndrome type/syndrome analysis,index analysis,medical record analysis and curative effect evaluation.Conclusions Data mining technology has been widely used in the treatment of gout arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine,and provides a basis for explaining the treatment of gout arthritis.There are differences in the software used in previous studies,and the algorithms are more traditional and not closely integrated with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Further improvements and innovations are needed.
