摘要
以某型牧草干燥设备为研究对象,针对干燥设备设计中关键设计参数确定问题,采用仿真分析的方法对不同的参数组合效果进行计算。围绕影响牧草干燥设备干燥效率的主要参数,即热风的风速和温度为变量,采用非定常计算方法,配合标准k-ε湍流方程和SIMPLEC算法,分别在同一热风温度条件下配合不同风速,以及在同一风速下配合不同热风温度条件下牧草捆的干燥效果,分析计算了不同参数组合下牧草干燥设备的工作效率。将数值计算的方法应用于牧草干燥设备关键设计参数的确定中,能够有效的帮助设计人员在设计过程中对设备主要参数匹配效果进行验证,在保证牧草干燥设备工作效果的前提下,有效节省设备的开发时间和试验成本。
In this paper,a certain type of forage drying equipment is taken as the research object;aiming at the determination of key design parameters in the drying equipment design,simulation analysis method is used to calculate the effects of different parameter combinations.Focusing on the main parameters that affect the drying efficiency of the forage drying device,the wind speed and temperature of hot air are variables.The unsteady calculation method is adopted to match the standard K-εturbulence equation and SIMPLEC algorithm;the drying effects of grass bales under the same hot air temperature combined with different wind speeds,and under the same wind speed combined with different hot air temperatures are analyzed respectively,and the working efficiency of forage drying device under different parameter combinations is then calculated.The numerical calculation method is applied to determine the key design parameters of forage drying device,which can effectively help the designers to verify matching effect of the main parameters of the device in the design process;and it can effectively save the development time and test cost of the device on the premise of ensuring the working effect of the forage drying device.
