摘要
目的观察乌梅丸治疗ICU抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月厦门市中医院收治的40例寒热错杂型抗生素相关性腹泻患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者治疗方案为常规西医治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用乌梅丸治疗,研究比较组间各项临床指标,并进行统计学分析。结果评估组间各项临床观察指标,治疗组患者在腹泻次数、肠鸣音、大便量及性状等方面改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),腹泻持续时间也短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ICU寒热错杂型抗生素相关性腹泻患者采用乌梅丸治疗具有显著的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wumei pills on antibiotic-associated diarrhea in ICU.Methods A randomized study was conducted on 40 patients between June 2019 and June 2021,in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with intermingled cold and heat type of antibiotic associated diarrhea patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while patients in the treatment group were treated with Wumei pills on the basis of western medicine.Various clinical indicators between the groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results The clinical observation indexes between the groups were evaluated.The improvement of diarrhea frequency,bowel sound,stool volume and traits in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the duration of diarrhea was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Wumei pills in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in ICU of intermingled cold and heat type has significant clinical effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
